THE BLACK HOLE 30TH ANNIVERSARY ULTIMATE FAN SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By participating in this sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree to these Official Rules. This sweepstakes is presented by The Black Hole, LLC ("Sponsor").

ENTRY PERIOD

The Black Hole 30th Anniversary Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on Friday, June 27, 2025 and ends on July 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes start date ("Entrant"). Employees, officers, and directors of The Black Hole, LLC, Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, MRide, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter in one of the following ways:

Website Entry: Visit win.theblackhole.com and complete the official Sweepstakes entry form with your name and email address. Each completed and confirmed entry form will generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry. QR Code Entry: Scan the designated QR code from official Sweepstakes promotional materials and complete the online entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

 PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

Two (2) tickets to the 2025 Las Vegas Raiders Home Opener, Three (3) nights double-occupancy accommodation at Golden Nugget Hotel, Las Vegas, One Piece of Exclusive Memorabilia, One SuperFan Swag Collection

Second Prize (3 Winners):

One Piece of Exclusive Memorabilia and One SuperFan Swag Collection

Third Prize (5 Winners):

One SuperFan Swag Collection

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000. Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to provide a W-9 tax form before receiving their prize. Winners may receive a 1099 tax form if the prize value exceeds $600.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 31, 2025. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) days of the drawing. If no response is received within five (5) days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.Sponsors are not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or suspended email accounts resulting in undelivered notifications.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.Publicity Release: By entering, Entrants grant The Black Hole, LLC and Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless The Black Hole, LLC, Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, MRide, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Technical Issues: Sponsors are not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries due to technical failures, internet service disruptions, or unauthorized human intervention. Disqualification: Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree that:

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under no circumstances shall an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Sponsors shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

USE OF DATA

Entrant information will be collected and used in accordance with The Black Hole, LLC’s Privacy Policy available at https://theblackhole.com. By entering, Entrants agree to receive promotional emails from The Black Hole, LLC. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
